This is new research done by scientists in Australia and Britain. The research was based on whether you prefer sweet wines or dry wines. What personality traits does the research say can be derived from your wine taste buds; impulsiveness, empathy, openness, conscientiousness, extroversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism.
